On entering vanitas the room was full and the atmosphere was great, the room was a little small than expected especially for the amount of people in there. The music seemed all the same but I guess it was good for those who like that kind of super remixes. By the time Lovely Laura and Ben came on (2:35am) I have to say I and all my friends were ready to go home at this point especially because we only managed to get one round of drinks as it took over an hour to get them. So Lovely Laura was great as expected because have seen her once before, also I knew what to expect and they put on a show for sure. Luckily because the venue had quietend down we managed to get close. Unortunately we had to cut her short as it was so late and the music happened to cut out anyway so this was our que. Overall i think this venue does have the patential for a good night but needs a little more organisation.

Lovely Laura and Ben Santiago were fantastic however the venue was a joke. We paid for VIP tickets which were pointless. The bar took 55 minutes to get served I’m sorry but as busy as New Year’s Eve is out extra staff on!! 2 staff in the bar is not acceptable on an event like this. Absolutely gutted and disappointed

Main event wasn’t on till half 2 so venue had half emptied by the time Lovely Laura was coming on - no prior notification of timing. If you are going to sponsor the event as ‘New Years eve w/lovely Laura’, you would expect her at midnight or just after
Service in VIP lounge was appalling - average length of time to wait for a drink was 30 mins and that’s without the bar doing c**ktails. Main reason for slow service was lack of staff - 2 people were covering the champagne bar for what looked like well over 100 people!
Venue is amazing (put 2 star due to service) but wouldn’t come back anytime soon

I was really looking forward yo this event, I went with a friend and tbh there was no seating at all even standard chairs for standard tickets, the venue was on the small side was told Laura and Ben would be on at half 11 to see the new year in and they didn't come on stage at all. When asked when they would be on they said 3 a.m. was not happy at all and when I went back to the bar around 1 a.m they said they stopped serving for a while which I thought was quite bad.
All in all I wouldn't go again if it's in the same venue as it was on the small side, no seating at all only for V.I.P ticket holders and even then one of my friends who bought a V.I.P ticket said seating wasn't available in the room until very late on couldn't que jump to the bar as it stayed they could and generally was a wasted amount of money.
Music was excellent though and was a good atmosphere but would expect if they do this next year to be more organised and more accomadating for people regardless of wether or not they are standard or V.I.P ticket holders.

Paid for VIP which got you que jump and a different bar, no que jump and the different bar took longer to get served than the normal bar and the card machine didn’t woto. If you didn’t take cash, which I didn’t, you basically couldn’t buy a drink the whole night

Fuming about our night!
Paid for VIP which got us nothing extra! No Q jump as specified, no staff to serve drinks! Took us hours to get a drink and the staff were so rude from start to finish! Biggest con ever
