Below The Bridge all dayer! Halloween Special! on Saturday 27th October 2018

A five piece band from Manchester. one of the most exciting and energetic live unsigned acts on the Manchester scene with influences ranging from Tool, Pearl Jam, Faith no more, Chameleons and John Levers Bushart there style is a mix of grunge, punk, metal with a bit a bit of Madchester thrown in. Nominated as a future classic band by Real Xs radio this is a band to watch and definitely one you won't forget. With new single Sandy Brown just released.

Hailing from the inter-connected worlds of Funk, Jazz and Hip-Hop, Heavy Lemo are a recently formed unit, and have just released their debut single, 'Mr Motion'. Consisting of members, Intricate rapper and mouthpiece James Lyons (vocals), Son of BBC Radio Legend Steve Barker, Max Barker (bass), Ivory virtuoso Misha Gray (keys), and the formidable Morgan Twins Andy (Guitar) and Chris (Drums). Their style lies within the stickiness of 70’s Jazz/Funk, whilst showcasing a lyricism that is both modern in delivery and message. Based in the North-West of England, Lyons and Barker, having met in Liverpool whilst both members of the Hip-Hop group The Fire Beneath The Sea, decided to join forces and draw from their individual influences to create something unusually fresh and vibrant. Combined with the Jazz Lord Misha Gray, and with the Super tight Morgan Twins thrown in, all bringing unique individual flavours to the palate, things just get a whole lot stickier!

''Manchester born and raised Carjack Mallone draw influences from the stripped down, big sounds of White Stripes to the aggression of early KoL. A three piece making a noise that will vibrate through the city once.''

Pollenating the airwaves since 2014 this manic 4 piece blast out a chaotic cacophony of funky fusion concepts. Drawing influences from the worlds of reggae, ska, punk, psychedelia, hip-hop, funk, and jazz. With no two songs sounding alike, their unwillingness to be pigeon holed drove them to coin a phrase to explain their sound 'devil reggae' . Always forging new ideas, whether on it or off it, this gang never forget about the beat with that all important groove is at the heart of every track.

Taking to the stage across the midlands and beyond, these four amigos have played alongside Big D and the Kids table, Popes of Chilitown, Wonk Unit, The Soap Girls, Allusondrugs, The Bad Flowers, Nosebleed, Captain Stingrays Groove Machine and many more! Gracing stages at Unreal Fest, Lichfield Fuse Festival, 02 Academy Birmingham, The Empire Coventry, Redrum, Cellar Bar, Sunflower Lounge, The Rainbow, Slade Rooms, The Roadhouse, The Victoria, The Gifford Arms, The Station, and The Guildhall to name but a few.

With new releases in the pipeline, this awesome foursome are heading back to the studio with big plans for their first full concept album release. Stay tuned for more of Polly and friends adventure.

Square Wild are 4 Manchester rockers who have smashed through the ' Manchester Band ' stereotype. This genre bending hard rocking foursome are out to change the minds of those around them, by challenging societal and social norms whilst being unapologetically themselves. ‘The Big Peach are five piece rock n roll band with sounds of the 60s/70s. Live they're even more irresistible than their recorded output, every song has a hook that'll be instantly familiar, but somehow they never feel like they're just rehashing someone else's ideas such is the clever way in which they walk that line. Their songs exude such a feel good vibe that it's impossible not to drag your weary feet on to the dancefloor and they turn it into their own party.

The Tinfoils are a three-piece garage-punk band, born in Yorkshire and made in Manchester. The band's sound is for fans of Arctic Monkeys, Cabbage, and Idles, and their frantic, energetic, riff-based tunes rage against zero-hours contracts, overdraft limits, private security contractors and the royal family - as well as having the odd song about dogging and thrush. Messy, in-your-face, and a bit ridiculous, The Tinfoils won't stop blasting out bangers until everyone's in their pants.
