FAQ's //

Q. Can I wear fancy dress?
A. Of Course, in fact we encourage it! Just nothing offensive, and we will ask you to remove masks on entry so we can match your face to your ID and get a clear image of you on CCTV

Q. Are shorts ok?
A. Shorts are always ok at Venue

Q. What about football shirts?
A. We'd rather you were a bit more inventive, but yes we'll allow them

Q. Can I wear inflatable costumes?
A. We'd rather you didn't, we don't have the highest ceiling and Halloween is very busy, so you'll just get in peoples way.

Q. What Can't I wear?
A. Any Hi-Viz clothing, anything that would make you look like a member of our safety team (we don't want people getting confused), anything that could be deemed offensive (it's meant to be fun)

Q. My costume has fake weapons/props with it
A. Any imitation (or real for that matter) weapons or any large props won't be allowed inside

Q. When's last entry
A. Last guaranteed entry is the time stated on your ticket, you may have different tickets to your friends so please check them carefully. After the time stated on your ticket you'll need to join the main queue

Q. We've all got tickets but [Friends Name] hasn't got one, can they get in?
A. Tickets have been on sale since August! We will have a very small allocation of tickets available on the door, but these are strictly first come first served, so please don't message us asking to save you them

Q. We've got spare tickets, what can we do with them?
A. Re:Sell is active for this event and you can return any spare tickets and once someone else buys them, you'll get your money back

Q. Do we need to print tickets?
A. No, just download the Skiddle app and show them on there, you can also save them to your apple wallet

Please be aware of people pretending to have spare tickets for sale. Skiddle is the ONLY place we're selling Halloween tickets, and we've got re:sell active, so people can return spare tickets there. Venue cannot be held responsible for 2nd hand ticket sales and all tickets are scanned on entry, if your ticket doesn't scan, we cannot let you in. We won't be offering tickets on any other platforms (Except for our website, which sells via Skiddle)

We're all about the music and don't care what you turn up in, as long as you're up for a good time, you're welcome here.
