The Snug Live presents Chris Helme, best known as the frontman and songwriter of The Seahorses, for an intimate seated performance at The Snug Coffee House.
Following the huge success of The Seahorses’ Do It Yourself - one of the defining British records of the late ’90s - Helme has continued to build a solo catalogue rooted in thoughtful songwriting, understated arrangements and a deep connection to classic British folk and pop traditions. His live shows are stripped back, conversational and song-focused, offering a rare chance to hear material spanning his career in a small, attentive room.
Support comes from Gabrielle Gee, whose performances combine expressive vocals with carefully crafted songwriting, making her a fitting opener for an evening centred around storytelling and melody.
