We are excited to be back at our favourite city centre venue the Refuge, full of glitz and glamour! We will be taking over the Kimpton Clock Tower Ballroom located within the hotel, for this very special family festive ball. We are inviting families along to this grand and unique space to dance and create with us.
Jon DaSilva is one of the original Haçienda residents DJs, a true pioneer in the UK House Music scene. His career has spanned over three decades beginning in what many consider to be the most important and influential club of its generation, Fac 51 The Haçienda. We will be dancing to Hacienda Classics, Detroit & Chicago House.
The Conker Crew are bringing all the festive feels, they have lots of lovely free play activities planned, aimed at 2 - 10 year olds.The kids can get busy creating festive themed arts at their nature-based creation stations: wooden disc tree decorations, festive clay pinch pots, mini wreath workshops, stick stars & festive lanterns. Or chill with the crew, at their themed mud kitchen free play sessions.
BLOOM play & multi sensory sessions 🌈 aimed at 0 - 4 year olds. Sessions are packed full with a range of activities; music, pom-poms.
Plus; Festive disco queen performers, special lighting & visuals, hoop workshops, giant balloons, inflatables, face painting & of course snow machines.
Dress code: Sparkles and glamour encouraged!
Please remember to leave buggies at home or in the car where possible as there is VERY limited space!
Parents remain responsible for their children throughout the event and during activities.

All ticket parties must arrive together as a condition of entry, adults without children will not be admitted we implement a strict door policy to ensure safe guarding of our younger crowd!
Please come without a pushchair where possible as there will be very limited space
Please remember that you remain 100% responsible for your children at all times.
Please do not leave alcoholic drinks unattended.
Music will be set to the recommended levels for little ears, child-safe club lighting, no strobe lighting used.
The venue will be at full capacity, we advise parents of young babies to wear a sling particularly on the dance-floor.
This event is aimed at 0-10 year olds (activities are for this age range) however older children are welcome to attend.
Photography / Video - There will be a photographer at the event, some shots will be used for publicity. Please inform a member of staff on arrival if you do not want your little ones to be photographed.
