About the Artists:

The Clone Roses:

The Stone Roses are without doubt one of the most important bands of British music and their music has influenced and inspired many artists. They recently performed 4 sell out nights at The Etihad Stadium in Manchester to over 240,000 people, and the concerts will no doubt go down in history for fans of the band.

But with the Roses' appearances now less regular, there is only 1 option to hear those songs played with the same passion and energy as the real thing. The Clone Roses are the longest serving and most popular Roses Tribute playing live today. The attention to detail is second to none, with the band acquiring the same clothing, instruments and usually play the same set as The Roses themselves. The band have recently played Isle of Wight Festival, Shiine on Weekender, and 'A Tribute to Manchester' headlining to over 2500 at Manchester Academy 1, and to 1700 people at Ulster Hall in Belfast, as well as a UK Tour of the o2 Academy music venues.

Expect to hear all the classics, 'Waterfall', 'Made of Stone', 'I am the Resurrection' along with the new songs 'All for One' and 'Beautiful Thing'.

If you've never seen the real deal or want to re-live the best gig you've been to then 'The Clones' will deliver the next best thing!

'I can’t believe it’s not butter, the second best Stone Roses in the World! - MANI (THE STONE ROSES)
'Easily the Best Roses Tribute Band in the business' - CLINT BOON (INSPIRAL CARPETS / RADIO X)
'The Clones have long been the best' - THE GUARDIAN

The Smiths Ltd:

The Smiths Ltd was formed in Manchester, UK the hometown of The Smiths.

After an extensive search to find the perfect Morrissey, the band played their first gig to an audience of avid Smiths fans. The response was spectacular and the band now plays at venues and festivals all over the UK.

Highlights include playing in front of a 2500 capacity crowd at The Manchester Academy to over 4000 on the main stage at Bestival and Camp Bestival.

If you never saw The Smiths then this is your chance to experience the thrill of those great songs played live. If you were lucky enough to see them first time around then prepare to relive that excitement again.

Committed to getting the same energy that Morrissey, Johnny Marr, Andy Rourke and Mike Joyce had onstage together, the band are also obsessed about getting that live sound just right.

With an authenticity and provenance that’s hard to beat The Smiths Ltd are the ultimate tribute.

The Smiths meant everything to a generation… To us they still do.

'Brilliant Smiths tribute band, they are amazing!' - Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets)

“The Smiths Ltd are a class act. They are indistinguishable from The Smiths.” - North West End

“The Smiths Ltd are probably the best tribute act going in the UK today.” - Quays News

“I may have missed The Smiths the first time around, but after last night’s show I felt that I was really there back in 1983!” - The Hype Media

Clint Boon (inspiral Carpets):

Three years after the 1995 break-up of Madchester baggy hitmakers Inspiral Carpets, keyboardist Clint Boon teamed with guitarist Matt Hayden, bassist/trumpeter Richard Stubbs, keyboardist Kathryn Stubbs and drummer Tony Thompson to form the Clint Boon Experience! Signing to the Rabid Badger label, the group issued its debut single, 'Only One Way I Can Go'; the follow-up, 'White No Sugar,' cracked the UK pop charts, and in the wake of a third single, 'Comet Theme # 1...

Davos:

Davos comes to you from the dawn of rave culture in the UK. Following a viral video of his performance at a house party in 2012, Davos has launched into a blistering career as a live musician, producer and sessionist. Playing a unique and ever changing medley of old skool house and rave classics live on a piano, sourced from 1988 to 1995, Davos will take you back in time to the days of warehouse parties, acid house and the second summer of love.
