The venue is directly next to Heaton Park metrolink tram stop and Heaton Park itself! We would love it if everyone could travel to our events as environmentally friendly as they possibly can. 🚃🌳

Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult and no more than four children to one adult.

All adults must be accompanied by a child and no more than four adults to one child.Entry will not be permitted if the above underlined is not adhered too!

And of course, why are we even saying this, we have too but the children are your responsibility - keep an eye on em!

DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE ANY PART OF THIS EVENT 

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible :)

There is space for pram parking but it is limited so if possible leave the wheels of steel at home if you can.

BTBWC is a social/party for all the family to enjoy together! The event is open to all ages , some activities such as crafts are recommend from 3 + but younger children than this are of course welcome and babies are free entry.

There will be no club lightning. No strobes and no smoke machines will be used. Noise levels are monitored to be at a safe level and will not be as loud as an adults club event but will be loud enough to keep the atmosphere. You may wish to bring ear defenders if you or child have a particular sensitivity to noise.

Tickets are non- refundable (unless the event is cancelled) but can be sold on. If the event is sold out and you want to sell tickets please contact us at hello@borntobewildchild.com as we may have a waiting list and can put you in touch with those wanting to buy.

There will be photography and possibly filming at the event by purchasing tickets and entering you are given us permission for these to potentially be use for BTBWC promotional purposes. Please let us know on entry to the event if you do not wish to be photographed or videod.
