Poppycock - Magic Mothers - Album Launch

'The long-awaited debut album by Poppycock has now been released on Tiny Global Productions label.

Put together by Una Baines, founder member of (The Fall, The Blue Orchids, The Fates) this album has taken many twists and turns before its completion. The cover Artwork is by Pascal Le Gras who created several Fall album covers. His paintings, along with paintings by Suzanne Smith (who also painted Fall album covers), plus photographers Heather Greenbank and Luke Baines, Artwork by Ruth Hillier and Robert Cochrane will all be on display in The Green Room.

Poppycock will be supported by Paula Darwish performing as a solo artist. Paula had lived in Manchester for many years, originally performing her own music before playing Turkish and Kurdish folk songs for many years. Now you get to hear her original work.'
