Brooklyn & Beyond with James Priestley & HI KU on Thursday 7th May 2015
Brooklyn & Beyond (slight name change) returns to Soup Kitchen, this time inviting the secretsundaze curator and resident DJ of what is arguably Europe’s most distinct party in underground electronic music, James Priestley. With a reputation for using risqué / off-the-cuff venues, secretsundaze has welcomed some of the world’s most renowned djs & producers with the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Four Tet, Dixon and Derrick May all appearing over the years. His style hasn’t gone unnoticed and he regularly plays some of the best clubs and parties around the world, highlights including Robert Johnson (Offenbach), Fabric (London), Air (Tokyo), Output (NYC), Studio 80 (Amsterdam) and Space (Ibiza).
Not only will we have James Priestley digging extra deep into his record collection, the HI KU lads will be joining us, providing their regular dose of party tackle.
So with all of that and Manchester’s best sound-system, I’d say we have pretty damn good party.
A very limited number of advanced £3 & £5 tickets are available, otherwise its £6 OTD. Doors open at 11pm and we will close at 3am.
