Housetrap: Launch party w/ Swales on Saturday 24th November 2018

In the heart of wavy Withington, we are super excited to announce our first Housetrap party! Solomon's basement is the perfect venue for an intimate boiler room'esk shindig, and to top it all off, we have Swales on the wheels of steel headlining. For those of you who don't know, Swales is an artist who is quickly building a name for himself with his own brand of well-selected, disco sampled melodies. Having come out with releases on taste-making labels such as daisy Discs and Honey Butter Records, you can imagine how excited we are to have him down for our launch party.

First on support we have another one of Manchesters rising artists, PADDY! PADDY has been doing absolute bits this year. With an EP secured with a massive label and an Australian tour; This Producer/DJ has been making some waves underground. Patrick Topping, KETTAMA, Elliot Adamson, Million Dolla Man and Tech Support supporting his upcoming and previous disco infused House releases. Keep your eyes on him.

Next up we introduce 1-800 GIRLS! Boasting a unique and emotional style, 1-800 GIRLS tracks are guaranteed to trigger feelings of nostalgia and get you up shaken' your hips. Influenced by a huge range of genres from Acid-House to Jazz, you'll find fusions of 80's & 90's sounds combined with intricate, dance-ready house beats. Emerging on the scene in early 2018 with popular releases 'U, Me and Madonna' and 'Ferris Beuller's Girlfriend', 1-800 GIRLS sound is nothing short of fresh and feel-good.

All the way from Costa Del Liverpool, we bring you Sammy La Roche. Our Scouse selector has been producing and spinnin' the funky gear around Liverpool for the past 4 years and we couldn't be happier for him to share his Manchester debut with us. Having just got back from playing his first international festival on the south coast of Italy, we're looking forward to hearing his groovy blend of Disco & House.

We have FLOSSY also on support. Flossy is Down to Funk's head honcho and the main resident at one of Liverpools most famous bars 'The Jackaranda', The Beatles old stomping grounds. He is a wizard on the 1's and 2's so make sure you get down and come see what he's about!

Last but certainly not least our Housetrap Residents holding the place down and keeping the vibes flowing.

See you on the dancefloor...
