M&P's Big Band Brunch

Join extraordinary 18-piece Big Band DGKollective as they play classic jazz, swing, and TV/film music, in their rarely-heard Big Band Jazz arrangements.

Matt & Phred’s have even created a special Brunch Pizza Menu (with some extras too) for you to feast on whilst you enjoy the music!

From James Bond, to 'Sing Sing Sing', to 'The Pink Panther', to 'Mission Impossible', and so very far beyond... This mighty line up of horns, strings, and rhythm will for sure get you 'In The Mood' for a proper weekend of fun for all the family.

Founded in 2013, DG Kollective are made up of some of the North's finest players, meeting regularly to broaden and strengthen their top-tier repertoire, led by band leader Andrew Turnbull.

The doors are open to all, under-18's welcome, so bring along the whole family and expect to leave with a big smile on your face while playing air trumpets!

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON TICKETS, FOOD, FACILITIES, & ACCESSIBILITY***

There are 3 types of ticket available: premium stage-side seating, entrance-side seating (restricted view with TV feed), and standing, ranging from £5-10 per person.

Under-18’s go free, but must be accounted for within an adult’s ticket (i.e. a ‘1 x Adult and 1 x Child’ ticket costs the same as a ‘1 x Adult’ ticket). There is a maximum of 2 free children’s tickets per 1 paying adult - see ticket options.

You can buy different types of tickets depending on your group. For example, if you are two adults with one child, you can buy '1 x Adult' ticket AND a '1 x Adult, and 1 x Child' ticket.

Ensure that all tickets for a party are booked under the same name, as this is what we will look at when allocating tables (where applicable).

Please note that you may be allocated a high table. If you are physically unable to be sat on a stool (with a table in front of you), please call us on 0161 273 5495 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Accessibility - there are 3 small steps to get into the venue. A ramp can be provided, however this must be prepared, so please call 0161 273 5495 if you will require it.

Toilet facilities are not on the ground floor, they are up/down stairs. There are no baby changing facilities.

Highchairs are not provided, and we ask that buggies are kept in the designated zone where possible (we're a tiny club!) - thank you!
