Review of ICE FC 17

I am aware that this is nothing to do with skiddle (buying a ticket was easy) but when me and my son got there we were not on the list (presumably a list of internet purchases) this is the second ICE event I have been to where the people taking the tickets had no clue ....... what is going wrong with the communication ? We enjoyed the event but I am reluctant to buy tickets again as the same thing may happen. The venue was nowhere near as good as the Liverpool event, but it was still good, parking was horrific !! but that's fine too ...just get there early !
