CULT 3rd Birthday w/ Pearson Sound b2b Shanti Celeste & more on Friday 23rd March 2018

Our first solo outing at Hidden marks three years in the game, and we've invited an all-star British lineup to join us.

Since helping Boiler Room become a global phenomenon, Bradley Zerohas carved out a name for himself as a record collector with impeccable taste, a hugely talented DJ, and the head of one of the UK's finest labels and parties, Rhythm Section. His wide ranging monthly show on NTS flits from Jazz to Hip Hop, Disco to Techno and has consistently impressed, earning him a recently announced BBC Radio 1 residency.

Eclair Fifi cut her teeth on Glasgow's pirate radio and warehouse rave scene, building up an impressive repertoire ranging from Techno and Hardcore to Electro, Italo and Hip Hop. This breadth of influences helps shape her DJ sets today and the former Hoya:Hoya resident's ability to bring the unexpected has earned her huge praise, with killer sets at the likes of Dekmantel and No Bounds festivals earlier this year.

As one-third of Hessle Audio, David Kennedy aka. Pearson Sound is responsible for some of the most cutting edge dance music to come out of the UK in recent years. XLB - voted #2 best track of 2016 by Resident Advisor - may be his most recognised piece of work, but delve deeper into his discography and you’ll find a series of incredibly accomplished productions. His talents aren’t confined to the studio though; David runs Acetate, a vinyl-only night in Leeds that’s been going at Wire for seven years now (no mean feat). Throw in a weekly show on Rinse FM and an extensive touring schedule - both solo and together with Ben UFO and Pangaea as Hessle Audio Trio - and it’s quite the CV. Expect a bag of surprises from a man of many talents.

Shanti Celeste meanwhile, has been making similar waves at the other end of the country. Having cut her teeth part-time at Bristol institution Idle Hands, the Chilean-born DJ & producer co-founded popular label Brstl, before later debuting her own imprint Peach Discs. A gifted producer, Shanti has released on labels such as Steven Julien / Funkineven's Apron Records and Julio Bashmore’s Broadwalk Records, as well as teaming up with Call Super for Dekmantel’s 10th Anniversary. it’s her DJ sets however that have brought her the most acclaim; killer sets at the likes of Berghain / Panorama Bar, Dekmantel and Corsica Studios, as well as a monthly show on NTS Radio, have earned her a reputation as one of the best selectors in the game. She absolutely smashed it for us at MAYDAY earlier this year, and we’ve been itching to have her back ever since. Genuinely gassed.

Pearson Sound and Shanti Celeste will play b2b for 4 hours.

Support comes from CULT DJs.
