Let it down was that one of the men parking the cars was aggressive and called someone a retard as we walked past him! But we still had a great time and thought it was well organised! :)

really well organised from start to finishe and a nice little touch from the entertainment during the film....made our son smile after his 3rd stint in isolation since October , well worth a visit 😊

Gates opened at 12 and film started at 1. Drive through North Pole was nice but then there was no entertainment other than listening to music until the film started. In the middle of the film though there was a trampoline act which meant children stopped watching the film and couldn't hear it either. Not sure why this wasn't put on before film started instead of spoiling the film.

Whilst the food and drink was pricey I though the entrance fee was reasonable. Very well organised and having the characters come around the cars was great, especially the grinch!

Absolutely fabulous experience and just what we needed after losing my young husband to cancer this year. The atmosphere was buzzing, loved everyone beeping their horns,
snd I think it’s very reasonably priced too. Thank you for giving my son and niece a day of laughing!

For £44 we drove through a small tunnel and onto a big standard car park. There was nothing to warrant that price. Should have been half the price at most.children didn’t even get any keepsake from the event. Would never come back or recommend it
