WHP Access information

1. Do you have access requirements? If you have accessibility requirements and require accessible facilities please complete the web form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdk833g4vFIaBDJc9JfmhDEEcicDy1aIgYCVk9BNEXRvrQ5_A/viewform (copy into browser) or email access@thewarehouseproject.com if you cannot do the web form. Warehouse Project operate under the Nimbus Card system, all applicants must apply using the card scheme. You will be contacted once your application has been made by one of our team to discuss your accessible needs on the night

2. What will be available at the venue? Inside the venue there will be signage available throughout the venue to direct customers to bars, toilets and exits. Accessible toilets will be available around the venue, these will be alongside the normal toilet blocks and clearly signed. There will be a designated viewing platform for wheelchair users. There will be an additional viewing area.

3. Cut off time for accessibility requests. Please complete the accessibility form as soon as you purchase your ticket. Our accessible viewing platform has a capacity and access to the area is based on a first come first served basis. If our facilities reach full capacity, we will be our best to accommodate accessible needs. Please make any request no later than 7 days before your event date.

PLEASE NOTE

Currently, The Depot VIP viewing platform, rooftop area and Star & Garter present accessibility challenges for those with wheelchairs and limited mobility due to the absence of elevators. There are handrails in all these areas. To support customers with mobility needs to the rooftop area, we will have a stair climber available for all events that utilise the rooftop stage, please get in touch in advance or speak to a member of staff at the event for assistance with this. While the current setup may not fully meet the accessibility requirements of some individuals, we are actively exploring solutions to enhance accessibility and create a more inclusive experience for everyone. We value the feedback of all attendees and are committed to making continuous improvements.
