Wellness & Yoga Retreat on Sunday 27th September 2020
Book the Wellness & Yoga Retreat at Luton Hoo and leave feeling deeply nurtured and rejuvenated, having worked yourself from the inside out, caring for your mind, body and soul.
9.00am – Arrival and swim time
10.00am – Welcome Drink
10.15am – 1 ½ hours Yoga
11.45am – Herbal Tea and snack
12.15pm – Guided Meditation
12.45pm – Lunch
1.45pm – Guided walk around lake
2:45pm – Pranayama session (breathing work)
3:15pm – Mindfulness session (for example mindful eating)
3:45pm – Sound Bath
5.00pm – Finish
