It is with great sadness(again) that we have to announce that the forthcoming
Emotional Response Winter Warmer Daytime Trance Party
has been postponed...With all of the uncertainty in the country right now surrounding events and obviously the way in which we operate we are just not in a position to hold the event...Clubs and venues are still no nearer to knowing when all the restrictions will be lifted and even if we could run the event, all of our DJs are coming from different areas of the country and are all under different restrictions so we would not be confident in having the full lineup....
ALL TICKETS WILL BE VALID FOR THE RESCHEDULED EVENT
PLEASE NOTE*....We do not have a rescheduled date for the event and will be postponing and a date will be announced in due course.
During this time no refunds are possible...Once the date is announced and you find you are unable to attend, you can request a refund through Skiddle, We(MU4MH) have no control over this process.
Skiddle also are not refunding booking fees but will offer credit towards other events in the future...again we(MU4MH) have no control over this.
Skiddle have removed the option for us to cancel individual ticket sales to give refunds.
FROM SKIDDLE - 'at present customer refunds for cancelled or postponed events are not automatic. Instead, we will be in touch with customers, once we have confirmed full details with the promoter to discuss their options which will include refunds.
NB: Whilst the current situation with Covid-19/Coronavirus is outstanding, we will regretfully not be able to issue refunds of booking fees. Instead, we are offering credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found in the customer automated refund email.'
We will work hard to either provide an alternative online event and of course reschedule the main event as soon as we are able to.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to get in touch via our messenger or our contact email:
We would of course love you all to attend another date.
The most frustrating thing about all of this is we use music and events and our recently postponed workshops to help people with their mental wellness and we are not being able to do that...It's what we are about...Yes we have online events but bringing people together to raise awareness in person is so powerful and it breaks our hearts that we were only able to do this properly for 6 months before we were all stopped from attending our favourite clubs/venues and festivals....We will continue to plan online events and we are also planning a regular show online with music and mental health chat just so we can still help with everyones mental health and wellness....alot of us are having to think differently during all this...diversify...and adapt.
Sending out happy and safe vibes to each and every one of you...We WILL be back together, on a dancefloor at some point..be sure of that.

Join us for the annual festive Music Unity For Mental Health presents Emotional Response Trance Party where we once again raise much needed mental health awareness and funds for our chosen charity....After raising an incredible £700 for Young Minds in May on our first ever online event and over £500 at last years Emotional Response launch we once again will be raising funds again and this time for CALM(Campaign Against Living Miserably)
(PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO LEARN MORE ABOUT CALM)
If you were at the online Spring Trance Party you know how awesome that day was and we are so excited to have virtually the same lineup and cannot wait to do it for real this time.
Following on from our successful Emotional Response FREE Christmas Trance party at VR5 The Loft @ EGG LDN last year we bring you your next Emotional Response this coming November and continue our mindful journey through Trance.
Once again we have an awesome lineup of top DJs from established names to those who are currently making waves in the Trance scene, they have again been incredibly kind with their time to come and help and support the cause and raise lots of mental health awareness....
We are back at VR5 The Loft @ EGG London as we found it created that special atmosphere we look for in our events, It has a light and airy feel with a great outside area which is close to the main space so you will never be far from the music.
And for the first time we will now have MHFA approved Mental Health first aiders at this event. So if you know of anyone or you are someone who might be in two minds about attending any of our future events and projects, be sure we are doing our best to make everyone feel included and have people in the spaces who you can talk to or get help if needed.
We cannot wait to welcome you all once again to our next party,
and look forward to meeting new friends of Music Unity For Mental Health.
Let's continue in 2020 what we started in 2019,
Make Lots Of Noise And Make A Difference
Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.
In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week.
Are mental health problems increasing?
The overall number of people with mental health problems has not changed significantly in recent years, but worries about things like money, jobs and benefits can make it harder for people to cope.
It appears that how people cope with mental health problems is getting worse as the number of people who self-harm or have suicidal thoughts is increasing.
CALM is the Campaign Against Living Miserably, for men aged 15 to 35.
Phone: 0800 58 58 58 (daily, 5pm to midnight)
Anyone can hit crisis point. We run a free and confidential helpline and webchat – 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life’s problems. We support those bereaved by suicide, through the Support After Suicide Partnership (SASP).
Together we’ll help our parents, siblings, partners, friends and colleagues. We spread our message and facilitate, universities, pubs, clubs and prisons across the country – so that people feel empowered to share their experiences and get the help they need before they reach the point of crisis.
Everyone has a part to play. We campaign with media partners, brands and ambassadors to spread awareness of suicide and its devastating impact with campaigns like #Project84, #DontBottleItUp and The Best Man Project. We challenge boring male stereotypes and encourage positive behavioural change and help-seeking behaviour, using cultural touch points like art, music, sport and comedy.
Confidential support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair.
