slay duggee 'my first metal gig' on Saturday 20th November 2021

SLAY DUGGEE are five dogs that play heavy metal for kids. They are bringing the 'My First Metal Gig' show to Brixton for the first time ever.

The 'My First Metal Gig' show has given thousands of kids around the UK their first taste of live gigs and heavy music in a safe environment. Slay Duggee explain how gigs work, how to head bang, mosh, circle pit, and play full on heavy metal versions of kids favourites like Baby Shark, Stick, Paw Patrol and Going On A Bear Hunt.

Steve Lamacq called SLAY DUGGEE the “Lords of Toddler Metal”. They have previously collaborated with TesseracT guitarist James Monteith, and Nekrogoblikon vocalist and songwriter Nicky “Scorpion” Calonne, and most recently 9 year old US grindcore star Princess Beast from Animal Schoolbus.

Drummer, Black Shuck continued “It’s vital that the children of the world receive the correct musical upbringing. SLAY DUGGEE are a key educational tool for any responsible parent.”
