Doors open at 7:00 PM, but feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to snag your desired seat—first come, first served. Our event is around 3 hours long.

Terms & Conditions – Glassy ‘n’ Paint

By purchasing a ticket and attending Glassy ‘n’ Paint, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Tickets & Entry

• All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another event listed for a fee of £4 per ticket. Glassy ‘n’ Paint must be aware of ticket transfer 2 weeks (14 days) before event date. Please dm for more information.
• Valid ID required for entry (must be 18+ for entry).
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests displaying inappropriate behavior.

2. Event Experience

• This is a paint-and-sip event featuring live DJs spinning Bhangra & RnB music. Expect a lively, engaging atmosphere!
• Painting materials will be provided; however, guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Alcohol will be served responsibly. Guests must drink responsibly and may be denied service if deemed necessary by staff.
• A ticket includes a shot of tequila rose, this can not be changed. Non - alcoholic shots are available.
• Painting stations can not be reserved, to ensure parties are together please arrive 15 minutes before purchased time slot

3. Conduct & Liability

• Guests must respect the venue, staff, and fellow attendees. Any damage to property will be the guest’s responsibility.
• Event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Participation in the event is at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or adverse reactions.

4. Media & Photography

• By attending, you consent to photos/videos being taken and used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff and we will try our best to not include in any videos.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• The event schedule, venue, or lineup may be subject to change.
• In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds may be issued at the organiser’s discretion.
