Leaping Frog on Saturday 27th July 2019

The jumpiest little frog in the pond!

Produced by TheatreRotto Productions
Presented by The Cockpit

LEAPING FROG is a puppet adventure which follows the journey of Goggles, a jaunty little wood frog, who catapults from the calm Little Pond, into the much BIGGER outside world.

Here she encounters excitement as well as challenges. Mr Fisher the Heron is one, a voyage down Running River with fair weather friend Rubber Duck is another, and not to mention an encounter with tricky Honk, the Spotted Skunk, in the dark Wide Wood where icy winter lurks.

Leaping before she's looked, nothing has prepared Goggles for the deep Freeze!

Can she ever return home again?

Frogs play a central role in many ecosystems. They control the insect population, and they're a food source for many larger animals.

This event is part of our Nature Keepers day. Please see for further details.
