About London Dungeon Standard Entry

London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s history with live actors, themed scenes and special effects. The attraction uses theatrical storytelling to present some of the capital’s best-known historical figures and events in an immersive format.

You may encounter characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The experience also includes 360-degree sets and underground rides, bringing familiar stories to life through performance and staging.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 90 minutes. Entry is at your booked timeslot, and your e-ticket can be shown either printed or on a mobile device before the tour starts.

Before you book

Age guidance: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Tickets and refunds: Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Accessibility: Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. To arrange a wheelchair timeslot in advance, call 0333 321 2001 or email LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz with your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and from Westminster you should use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
