This is my first time coming to the UK and I am a person who loves the rave environment excessively. When I saw that there was an event that included psy trance, I bought my ticket immediately, but when I arrived at the event, I saw police cars and a lot of policemen surrounding the building. I couldn't even log in to the event and have fun. In the refund details, it says that if there is a problem caused by you, you will refund the money back. Therefore, I want my money to be returned to my account as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

I bought a group ticket for five people worth £122 and only two of us managed to get into the party and eventually the party was closed by the police. This is the second time this happened in a row. Honestly, if you can't manage, don't sell tickets at this price.
