With social distancing measures and enhanced cleaning regimes in place, we are ready to welcome you and give you the fantastic and safe underwater experience you have been waiting for.

And with reduced capacity at the attraction, you’ll have even deeper access to the wonder of the oceans - experiencing the attraction like never before. And it’s right on your doorstep!

Dive in and explore an underwater world of glittering scales, waddling feet and razor-sharp teeth. So get ready to be amazed as you come face-to-fin with over 7,000 fin-tastic creatures at the iconic SEA LIFE London Aquarium…

Access Information

Disabled guest should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket. The free ticket for the helper should be requested on arrival at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.  

The attraction is fully wheelchair accessible. SEA LIFE London can admit up to 10 wheelchair users in the attraction at any one time. You do not need to reserve a wheelchair slot for your visit to SEA LIFE London, places are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters into the attraction.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.


On average it will take you 1.5 to 2 hours to enjoy the full experience of SEA LIFE London. However this depends completely on you and how long you would like to enjoy our underwater world.


In line with recent Government guidelines, our teams have implemented numerous measures to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone visiting our attractions in the capital. These include reduced capacities, clear social distancing measures, pre-booking tickets online, cashless payments and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Good To Know

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over. 

Talks and activities as well as regular feeds take place throughout the day for the Octopus’s, Rays, Penguins, Sharks and Rainforest creatures. Check the daily timetable on arrival at the attraction.
