+ Ned Stax

+ Dom Williams
Ned Stax (Mi-Souls/Soul Box)
DJ, Record Collector and Broadcaster. Bringing you a selection of Soul, Funk and Disco and everything between on 7 and 12” Vinyl.
Ned started DJing in the summer of 2016 and since his introduction to the dance floor his skills have only improved. Cutting his teeth at Residency’s at South Londons Deptford Northern Soul Club and East Londons Soul Box, only more is to come from this ambitious young soul boy. With a background of House, Grime, Techno and Garage his expertise don’t stop at old school stompers. He grasped the attention of DAB radio station MiSoul in 2017 and started his new show The New Silk Road. Making his festival Debut at Glastonbury 2017 and venturing overseas in 2018 find Ned Stax playing dance floor fillers and cosmic grooves at a club near you.
Deptford Northern Soul Club
Formed after a drunken conversation at a festival; Deptford Northern Soul Club was launched in September 2016. Inspired by venues such as Blackpool Mecca and Wigan Casino, their aim was to create a gimmick free Northern Soul night in the cultural centre of the world, Deptford. After the success of the sold out launch night in November 2016, Deptford Northern Soul Club secured their monthly residency at Bunker Club on Deptford Broadway, bringing the sounds of Northern Soul to the next generation, featuring DJs old and young, crowds of veterans and rookies; all dancing under one roof to the best soul music has to offer.
Ollie Tobin
Resident DJ and co-founder of SET Dalston. Vinyl-only DJ spinning everything soul, funk and disco-orientated from Northern soul to Japanese rare-groove and Bombay disco. Something to behold.
Dom Williams (Acid Jazz)
Resident DJ at Eddie Piller & Dean Chalkley’s hugely successful Soul Box Night at Old Street Records and label manager at the world renowned Acid Jazz Records. Dom has been collecting records for the best part of 10 years and has built up a considerable collection spanning many different genres and tastes.
