Family Jam Early session on Saturday 5th December 2020

Rollernations family skate event for children 5-14 all groups must be accompanied by an adult guardian. No children under the age of 5 are permitted nor do we allow prams/pushchairs into the event

VERY IMPORTANT

All customers will have their temperature checked prior to entry and anyone with a result higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius will be refused entry. We are sorry but neither a refund nor a transfer of tickets will be offered during this time.

-We strongly advise all tickets to be purchased in advance. There may be a small number available on the day but this will be dependent on capacity which is greatly reduced.

-All tickets MUST be purchased in multiples of either 2, 4 or 6 persons. As this is the maximum capacity of the 3 different size booths that we have available. We do ask that you try to make sure that the booth is full as the capacity of the venue is very limited and any empty spaces mean that another person could not attend

-All guests in your group will have to arrive together and have their tickets scanned and escorted to their booth for the event.

- Your group must all be from the same household/support bubble and you are required to sign a declaration to this effect upon entry

-Once seated please advise our staff what size skate you require (generally the same as your normal shoe size) your shoes will not be collected but keep them at your booth. Your skates will be brought to your table and then collected at the end of the event.

-Please ensure you purchase the correct ticket for the number of guests in your party to avoid delays/disappointment on arrival.

-Outside food or drink is strictly prohibited and cannot be brought into the venue except for birthday cakes. Full table service will be provided please ask a team member if you require assistance using the table ordering app.

-Last entry is strictly 1.5 hours after the commencement of the session

-You MUST stay with your group in your zone for the duration of the session except when roller skating on the rink. Please do not interact with other groups as this will be a breach of the current social distancing guidelines.

-Please respect Social Distancing rules and exercise caution moving around the venue.

-Face Masks & coverings are required when in the venue other than when you are rollerskating or seated at your booth.

-Sanitiser stations are available throughout the site.
