About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames gives you one rotation on one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels. At 135 metres, it is a major part of London’s skyline and offers 40-kilometre panoramic views in all directions.

From the wheel, you can take in 360-degree views of the capital and see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

The London Eye has 32 high-tech glass capsules and each rotation takes around 30 minutes.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Please go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket either printed or on a mobile device so you can be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival on presentation of proof of disability. The London Eye is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby via exit one and Westminster Pier.
