After a massive year for the Reggae Roast, we are back inna Brixton to mash up Plan B yet again! We have enlisted the services of everyones favourite UK Bashment sound, The Heatwave and 1Xtras Dancehall specialist, Chris Goldfinger, to lend a hand in our 5th Birthday celebration!
Our Jamdown sessions have become well established in the capital for showcasing some of the toppa top Artists & Soundsystems from JA to UK always backed by Plan Bs Funktion One Soundsystem and extra Noise Control Audio bass bins to ensure you feel the riddim inna yuh ches! Add to that we have Wray & Nephews providing the cocktails inna Caribbean style & fashion the way only they can.

The Heatwave The self styled Bashment Ravers dont need much in the way of an introduction, after insanity fuelled sets all over the world, a non-stop tour of the UK with their Hot Wuk sessions and more mixtapes than you can shake a stick at, they sure have been busy. Add to this their weekly show on the notorious Rinse FM and X amount of mash-ups, The Heatwave have become a force to be reckoned with. We cant wait to have them play at our 5th Birthday.. Serious vibes inside!
Chris Goldfinger 1Xtras Dancehall Master, armed with dubplate after dubplate and the tuffest riddims outta JA, has built up a colossal status for his selection alongside his time spent at BBC Radio One (a post held of 13 years) and more recently BBC 1Xtra. Now the host of the principal Reggae & Dancehall TV show on Flava and still a regular selecta at nuff dances all over the world he has taken time outta his busy schedule to come run tune at Jamdown. Bim!
Adam Prescott - Combining a crucial selection of rough and tough Roots music with a modern injection of Dubstep & Steppas. With support and guidance from some of the biggest names in the scene, Adam has been making moves in the world of Dub & Dubstep for a while now working on original tunes with well-known and established artists. Adam will be digging out a proper ruffneck digital dancehall selection for our Birthday packed full of exclusives, specials and dubplates.
Vibration Lab Newest recruits to the Reggae Roast family, Vibration Lab, have been running tune all over the world spreading their own unique brand of Future Reggae music and we are pleased to finally get them down at Jamdown. With a heavy year of gigs & releases lined up you can expect some serious bass-weight and vibes from the dynamic duo.
And of course Reggae Roast will be present with a crucial selection alongside our trash and ready MCs, Ramon Judah & Clapper Priest, ready to nice up the microphone and create a positive atmosphere like only they can.
ROOM 2 Back once again to trample all over the Plan B basement are residents Unit 137 with their dangerous hand-built soundsystem, vocalists, instrumentalists, original productions and tough exclusives.
