The Brixton Disco Festival: Saturday 28th April 2018. A brand new Day & Night festival in the heart of South London, celebrating over 40 years of Disco, with live music, DJs, screenings, talks, food and drink - in the venues surrounding Brixton's iconic Windrush Square - Electric Brixton, POW Rooftop & Club, The Ritzy Picturehouse & The Black Cultural Archives, plus a Roller Disco!
It's all about the Disco, inspired by some of New York's finest clubs and legendary Loft parties. The date falls on the weekend of Studio 54's 41st birthday, we will be bringing a very special Studio 54 Brixton production with one of the original residents, Nicky Siano, as part of the proceedings.
We've already lined up some superb talent, including a very special full live band performance from disco diva Jocelyn Brown, Crazy P Soundsystem will be performing twice, both and DJ sets. London legends Low Life host the POW rooftop all day long with Bill Brewster, Ray Mang & Frank Broughton. Rising star and digger Nick The Record spins, and Nicky Siano spins an extended set inspired by his time as resident at The Gallery and Studio 54. Plus more acts to be announced...

Over the Day & Night you can expect....
Screenings: We have a very special screening of Nicky Siano's documentary 'Love is the Message' in The Ritzy with a Q+A with the man himself, whilst Upstairs at The Ritzy we have a Record Fair with some of London's finest vinyl on show.
Exhibition: In The Black Cultural Archives, we host a special Disco Exhibition and Screening, incorporating elements of their recent excellent 'Black Sound' exhibition. Plus MogaDisco host the courtyard all day.
Street Eats & Local Booze
We've teamed up with Brixton's famous Night Market to give a true taste of South London, expect some of the most delicious pop-ups from around London including Lords of Doughtown & GoneBurger. Great local beers from Brixton Brewery together with some of our favourite breweries and distillers to keep you refreshed from beginning to end.
