After the success of our previous editions, A Sardinian Feast in East London returns to Mora on Thursday 8th November!!

Now that the great sunny summer is over, we thought we needed to offer something exciting to look forward to in the coming cold months. So we researched a good deal of traditional recipes and seasonal ingredients to create a new authentic Sardinian-style feast menu to delight your senses and spotlight the variety of flavours, scents, and aromas Sardinia has to offer through a tasty four course meal inspired both by its sea and inland produce.

Alongside the creation of this luscious 4 course menu, we selected a set of gracefully tasty wines to complement the flavours of each dish.

Here’s a a preview of the dinner’s menu:

Sardinian Feast Menu

Carasau nero e olive

Sardinian charcoal crisp bread and olives

Insalata di granchio alla catalana

Fresh crabmeat, red onions and tomatoes salad

Gathulis con agliata (V)

Deep fried potato and pecorino cheese rings with spicy sundried tomato and garlic dip

Gnocchetti di patate con salsa ai gamberoni e pancetta

Homemade potato gnocchi with prawns and pancetta sauce

Homemade beetroot ravioli with artichokes and pecorino filling in butter and sage.

Cannonau wine braised wild boar with mash potato

Sardinian artisan couscous with porcini mushrooms, saffron and cherry tomatoes.

Deep fried sheep ricotta and saffron balls glazed in honey with Sardinian grape must.

This is a ticketed event. Places are limited and tickets are now available for purchase in advance at the restaurant or online via Eventbrite.

The Sardinian Feast will start at 6 pm and will last for the whole evening. Please select your time of arrival when buying your ticket to help us provide a good service to all guests.
