From 1230am sharp - Cult of Prince members JAZZHEADCHRONIC and The Mighty MARLON CELESTE once again worship at the Cuban heeled feet of the man who should of been called king and at one time had no name. Marlon also exploring the wider world of Prince & The Minneapolis sound, The Time to Sheila E (with full on Prince opening Set from 12am-1230am by Jazzheadchronic) at Lafayette London.

As is tradition, we invite you to revel in the breathtaking works of Prince LIVE and DJ! An all night celebration of the sounds of one of the worlds greatest all time musicians and performers, dropped hard and in earnest by Parisian funksters, ECHOES OF PRINCE (LIVE). EOP exploring the deeper cuts, commercial works and pioneering career of the legendary purple don. ‘Controversy' to 'I Wanna Be your Lover' via 'Purple Rain’ and 'Do Me Baby', all dropped LIVE with relish and musically mastery, by a truly world class band.

Time to once again celebrate the ultimate Purple reign and party like it’s 1999! All right!

For 7 years now, the french funk band 'ECHOES OF' has been leading a very successful and phenomenal monthly residency called 'Funk & The City', at the legendary jazz club NEW MORNING, in Paris. The young cats of ECHOES OF are paying tribute to the American cities of funk (Detroit, Washington, Dayton, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia...) in a very brilliant and ambitious way, covering and reviving songs not often performed live from the 1975 to 1985 area.

The band's reputation has been constantly growing to the extent that they've been requested by true 80's legends, such as HOWARD JOHNSON, JUNIOR GISCOMBE and soon STEVE ARRINGTON for their european tours.

The band are also well known for their creation 'ECHOES OF PRINCE', a very special and unique show, an opera funk in tribute to The Purple One and are currently working on some original material, producing their own sound and music to be released in 2022-23, including the digital release Echoes Of Prince with Mochi Men and Funky French League label already available.

Believe us when we say, that this band know how to truly do the man’s music justice and you will get up and get down!!

Marlon a complete Prince Nut, owning every record ever released by Prince, 1977 to date and has immaculate selector taste, so know this, you’re in extremely good and capable audio hands.

The SLST Prince special line up completed in ROOM 2 - Where we invite you to witness the soul, funk and disco flow as SLST French resident, Funk & The CIty (Paris) co Host ATN (MOCHI MEN) + Special Guest to deliver an epic dancefloor direct session in Disco, House & Soul. Then to now. Classics to Re-Edits. Always on point. Pure 21st century Saturday Night Fever guaranteed!

The South London Soul Train (as always) All rooms, taking all passengers on a Non-Stop Magical Mystery Tour through all things Too Damn Funky. P-Funk to Jazz Funk, Soul Jazz to Rare Groove N’ Stax, Brass, Breaks, Bop and Hop to Motown, Club Classics and Anthems.

However - Passengers are requested to check their Souls at the Station as this one's for good time party people only! No Bass Wobbles Here, Only Love, Funk and Souuuuuuuul.
