Hated the venue. Not enough bar people and the two there had bad attitudes, like they were doing us a favour. I actually left early because I waited 20 mins to get a drink and gave up!
Good friendly crowd. Free food always a bonus.

A lot of people there did not seem to want to spend time just talking about normal stuff, perhaps I'm just ugly, or perhaps everyone was just out to get laid.
Additionally the conversations people were having quickly became smutty, by 6:45 I had heard a man ask a young lady what underwear she was wearing, he can't have gotten that close to her within 15 minutes of the venue opening.
The venue was nice but the bar service was terrible, they only had two barmen on and you could tell they were under a high amount of stress with all the c**ktails they were making, it's no fault of the barman that he had to take my order 3 times as he had given my order to other people twice, he was just massively overworked.
It was extremely packed as well, far more than surely could be safe by health and safety standards, I felt like a sardine in there.
Overall, definitely will not be coming back

Review of NEW YEAR Piccadilly Drinks/Singles Mingle/Happy Hour/FREE FOOD!
Its a great event to make new friends and be more sociable...though you will have to go through the awkward stages when meeting someone new (e.g. trying to think of things to talk about)
