Terrible event, 2 tiny bouncy castles in a dingy nightclub only 4 kids allowed on at a time and limited to 2 minutes. Charging an extra £4 a kid to see a terrible Santa. And Mc trying to flog baby grows for £15.99 we left after 20 mins. Steer clear!

was a disgrace. Music 2 loud even when told to turn down. Toilets dirty. Mouldy damp smell near grotto. I want a refund. Had to leave as was so bad. Left at 13.45

The event was good especially dj luck and mc neat. The toilets were in a disgraceful condition and the doors opened 10 minutes late with no apologies from the staff. You should of also made it clear that there were seperate charges for the santa grotto, candy floss and slush puppies has they only accepted cash!!

Was a little disappointed as luck and neat was only onstage a short while thought they could have played a bit as the day was called luck and neat Xmas bash
Should have been called something else and added special guests luck and neat
Bar prices as ridiculously over priced for a family event
£3 for a can of C**e
Think I be giving this company a miss from now on there is other companies that do this it’s cheapers and better

Had a great time. My partner Leon & I have been fans for 20 years & my 7 year daughter loved it & got up on stage to have a dance.
Great atmosphere, didn’t disappoint.

Great music, fab to have things for the kids to do and loved the Chinese food....Father Christmas was poor and the presents were rubbish! Would like to see different arts and crafts next year. We’ll def be back

Some parents need to control the amount of alcohol they consume whilst meant to be supervising their kids but we can’t do nothing about that!

Was Absolutely amazing however the price to see santa was silly they should of done a sibling price together however had to pay separately and didn't see no food

Kids had great fun, music was great but venue wasn’t suitable for families. Venue fine for grown ups for late night fun as it’s usually used for that purpose but definitely not a family venue, really grotty, tiolets really grotty too. Also not great paying club prices for drinks for a family Christmas event, even £2.50 to hang a small child’s coat when you’ve got several children with you, not great. Would like to attend next years and would love to come and bring friends and their children but definitely not if it is st Fire. Tunes were great though!

The girl that was meant to scan tickets was sent somewhere on a number of occasions so we had to wait for her return to be let in. Other people was saying the same thing an hour after I arrived so it kept happening.
Santa’s grotto was closed when I took the children at 2:30pm????? Surely this should have been open for duration of the event
