It was a fun experience overall. My only suggestion is there needs to be a better process of moving the customers thru the line. Arrived at 11pm and the line was not that long. However everyone sat in the cold and rain for an hour until the doors finally opened at midnight. By then everyone was wet and annoyed. Once I got in stood in another line for coat check naturally. But outside of that I had a great time. The bar service was incredibly fast lots of accessible restrooms and staff was nice. Music was amazing

There was just a lot of delay in releasing the entrance, the gates were scheduled to open at 11pm and they opened at midnight

The party started some 80 minutes late which is really a poor show when one has purchased prepaid tickets. it took the shine off the event.

Poor management, didn't open until after an hour later than scheduled, and the upper level was closed off soon into the night making the lower level overcrowded. Unfortunate because I usually love this event
