Forest Bootcamp Course on Sunday 24th January 2021
This is a Bootcamp Course consisting of 4 classes with the ability to also drop in on the day.
4 classes. 4 opportunitues to train hard, challenge yourself and experience a community spirit.
There will be plenty of physical and mental challenges, hard work, fun amd movement.
It will run at a mini forest in East Acton Scrubs!
