Review of Cargo
If there was an option to leave a negative star review, believe me now I would.
Me and my pals decided to take our long awaited post lockdown outing to experience the epicentre of East London culture that we were promised, Cargo.
Upon entering the poorly arranged venue, we were forcefully escorted through the overkill airport like security, where we may as well have been strip searched to enter a club running at likely 20% capacity.
We were taken through a lively looking party and we thought ‘hey, this isn’t so bad. we could be in for a treat here’. How wrong we were... On a cold December afternoon, the staff thought it was acceptable to sit us outside in the smokers area, with a heater than was clearly there merely for aesthetic purposes and not functional.
We booked a ‘£50 bar tab’, to which we were given 5 cans of the cheapest beer they could get their hands on, accompanied by 1 and an eight of a stone cold pizza served in a tatty cardboard box.
After being sat outside for close to an hour and multiple complaints we were moved inside to what could only be described as there storage cabinet. Again empty. The only thing to accompany us in there were a few slices of old birthday cake and a rude bar staff member.
Needless to say we left shortly afterwards. I would actually go as far to say I would recommend making the female waitress with the purple coats job redundant as she verbally attacked us all afternoon for our short stay.

Review of Cargo
Reggaeton party??? This DJ (Deepozz) doesn't even know what reggaeton is!!! Had to request him to play anything remotely Latin (to which he said "I'll play a mix", and even when he did, he plays 2 songs, one of which is Gasolina - then continues to play Drake over and over again. It is an insult to call this a reggaeton party. Such a joke. DO NOT come to this event if you're expecting reggaeton music.

Review of reggaeton party
Wouldn’t recommend. Empty club so no wonder it’s free. No girls except for staff and a few Middle Aged women after work. Kept replaying the same songs . Had leave after 15 minutes, was embarrassed walking out and wasn’t worth the trek.

Review of freaky
Guys the alcohol prices were really high won’t recommend to any students. Even the minimum payment for was like £20 which is really gross it isn’t possible to carry so much of cash everytime. I won’t recommend Cargo to anyone but other than the alcohol the music and atmosphere was nice
