I booked 3 tickets 2 child and 1 adult to an event then was asked to book another child onto the same event. I however made a mistake with the date and when I tried to resolve it got no real help. I didn't get a cancellation, a refund or a ticket date swap so had to rebook the ticket again leaving me out of pocket

Review of Escape Alive

We all had a good time but we booked for 7.30pm but it was nearly 8.30pm before we got in. Actors were very good but we all agreed it was very overpriced

The venue was amazing for the experience but sadly we went late at night and felt like it was rushed and like the actors had enough. We only had 2 jump scares throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend going sooner.. we feel that it was way overpriced for our experience.

If you want to get assaulted by their staff and thrown to the ground like my wife was and now has a sprained ankle, smashed phone and badly bruised knee then go for it, we are now being ignored by them so next stop is to take you to court once we have reported this assault to the Police.

Great time. Good fun and hosts were great.

The walkthrough itself was really good, took half an hour and actors were creepy. There wasn’t a great deal of story and mostly jump scares though the dark corridor with smoke was scary to walk through as the wall was the only guide. Food, games and cinema as you come out of the castle. 
I only have 2 gripes: 1) when booking we could pick time slots, I picked 7pm but had to queue for 40 mins to go in as people were let into the castle in 2-5S so the time slots didn’t really mean anything. 
2) the parking was a bit hodgepodge where cars were placed so it was tight to get in and out, only one person supervising the whole carpark and the exit was unclear.

A fantastic event .the best event ever to be in North Wales .truly frightening .well organised .absolutely Amasing from start to finish .please .could I be notified of future events with this company .massive well done to the actors .incredibly life like in their fear factor .

Really well done Haloween experience. Took my daughter and 2 grandchildren 10 & 13. Three generations had a great time. Must have been 30ish actors inside the castle portraying the storyline.

Read loads of reviews before attending this event and was almost put off going but let me tell you what a brilliant experience it was for me and my daughters who are in their early teens. The whole experience was top notch. Was lucky enough to be accompanied by a friend who easily gets scared, it was great, really fun, didn't stop laughing throughout. The setup was as good as the actors playing their part. Not too scripted. Just an amazing overall experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Well done!!
