Review of Late Night Techno : Free Warehouse Rave : Hangar 34
Was very disappointed to be turned down upon entrance due to what we we wearing, after searching to see if there was a dress code online but not finding anything. The bouncers were rude to us and wouldn’t even allow us to show our ID or Tickets because some of the girls were wearing “tracksuit bottoms”. We were literally wearing shell suit trousers which is a classic rave outfit anyway so this confused and disappointed us massively. Had high hopes for this event but it was ruined by the bouncers making up their own rules and being overly rude, clearly over using their power. I honestly think you need to find some new bouncers for this event as they ruined our night, and according to friend who did get let in; the event was apparently empty due to no atmosphere and no one being let it.

Security are c**ky lads treating the event like a strict nightclub, before we’d even turned around the corner to enter a bouncer started shouting at us saying we had no chance of entry for our outfits. After searching online for a dress code we were quite surprised to be turned away from a rave for our clothing, especially considering raves are places where people are meant to dress fun. Absolutely will not be booking another event for this place. All my friends that were let in almost immediately left after complaining about the awful atmosphere and lack of people, this most likely being down to no one being allowed into the event and the awful security.
