Improvisation for Humans on Tuesday 13th November 2018
Join us on the 2nd Tuesday of the month when we will explore the fundamentals of improvisation through games, scene work and general mucking about.
Our Cast Facilitators (using their collective decades of experience) will host these workshops, where the focus will be on encouraging growth, with a chance to gain feedback in a fun, friendly, safe environment.
All abilities are welcome and each workshop is a self contained session, so if you cant make them all, or just fancy the one, don't fret! Whether you’ve always wanted to try it or your phone automatically auto-corrects the word ‘improve’, come join in!
Our first Cast Facilitator is Jess O'Neill....
Jess has been improvising, teaching and writing for nearly 10 years in New Zealand and the UK. She currently plays with Impropriety and Casino Improv and has worked with ImproQuo. Her love for improv centres around character development and storytelling, two areas which she intends to focus on over the next 3, monthly workshops.
£5/£4 per workshop, pay on the night. 20 places available per workshop
All workshops are at The Ship & Mitre (133 Dale Street)
7pm (sharp) – 9pm
