Christmas Day at The Shankly Hotel

This Christmas join us at The Shankly Hotel for a Christmas celebration, indulge in a 3 course festive dinner fit for Santa himself! 

Christmas dinner will be served between 12-4pm. Once booked the team will contact your party to book a time slot. 

Menu: 

Starter

Classic prawn cocktail, petite salad & maire rose dressing

Or

Confit chicken & ham terrine, saffron aioli, endive & raisin salad

Or

Wild Mushroom, chestnut & tarragon pate, cranberry & chicory salad v/ve

Main

Ballotine of Cheshire turkey wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, apricot & sage stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, pigs n blankets & roast gravy

Or

Traditional nut roast, chestnut puree, cranberry compote & veggie gravy v/ve

Or

Pan roasted hake, cray fish, lemon & chervil beurre blanc

All mains served with a selection of buttered winter vegetables & roast potatoes.

Dessert

A Christmas medley of Irish cream torte, festive yule log & clementine cheesecake

Or

A selection of British & French cheese slate with a traditional garnish & quince jelly

Or

Traditional Christmas Pudding, Brandy Anglaise and red currant jam

Dietaries & Pre Orders must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event.

For groups of more than 8 guests please contact the hotel directly. Tables seat 10 guests, groups less than 10 will be shared. The team will endeavour to fit your party in at the chosen timeslot this is subject to availability and runs on a first come first served basis. 

Tickets are non refundable & non transferable. A drop in numbers once full payment has been received will be non-refundable or non-transferable and cannot be used against other services within the hotel.
