Dereks X Carnival Brewing Company at The Roof

Cult sandwich and coffee bar Dereks takes over the roof. Famous for their Brooklyn inspired subs, they’re joined by Liverpool craft brewers Carnival, who produce a wide range of beer styles from juicy IPAs to zingy sours hosted on The Roof, 3 floors up from PINS Social Club.

Arrival from 6pm with dinner being served 7-7:15pm, 

Live entertainment, and meet the maker talks.

Crispy Duck Sub - Aromatic crispy duck, honey garlic dressing, asian slaw, sriracha mayo on platsville hoagie

Peach Cobbler - with vanilla ice cream
