Bundobust Supper Club at The Roof

The Roof Project welcome Indian street food and craft beer fans Bundobust. With locations in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham, alongside their own brewery, the Bundobust team will be bringing spicy bites and cold beers to the roof. Expect to see Bundo classics including the iconic Vada Pav (a spiced potato patty burger), Bundo Chaat (layers of crunchy samosa in a sweet and spicy yoghurt tamarind dressing) and Panner Tikka (barbecued panner and mushroom with killer chutneys) alongside a range of cold and crispy beers from the brewery - hosted on The Roof, 3 floors up from PINS Social Club.

Menu: 
Bhajis (v, gf) Crispy onion, Kale and brocoli bhajis spiked with fennel and chilli. Tamarind and red pepper chutney.

Bundo Chaat - Layers of samosa pastry, chickpea, potato, onion, sev and chilli sauce. Served cool with yoghurt and tamarind chutney. 

Vada Pav Slider (e) - The iconic Indian Veggie burger. Deep fried mashed potato ball in a bun, with red and green chutneys. 

Chloe Saag - Chickpeas and spinach stewed in garam massala, onion and ginger. 

Panner Tikka (gf) - Barbecued panner, mushroom and peppers marinated in tikka massala yoghurt 

Arrival from 6pm with dinner being served 7-7:15pm, Live entertainment, and meet the maker talks. 

Your ticket includes food and a beer flight pairing.
