We Want Women's 2nd Birthday on Thursday 18th October 2018

We Want Women are holding an extra special night to celebrate their 2nd Birthday promoting women in the performing arts at their monthly events!

The line up is an array of wonderful acts from music through to theatre. Headlining the night is the fabulous Nikki Rous who is not to be missed having shared stages with the likes of Jamiroquai and Supergrass!

Also performing are:

Succour Punch Theatre, an all female theatrical ensemble fighting for gender rights performing excerpts from their debut 2018 winter show 'Stripped'

Emma Seasman, Director of womens performance evening 'The Maidens Tales' expect comedy and poetry!

Nicola Hardman, We Want Women's Director and performance artist, Nicola is a theatrical alt pop artist playing political and personal songs before going on tour with Canadian artist Jane Siberry this winter.

Cassiopeia, We Want Women member and photographer with many talents. Tonight she performs her beautiful poetry.

Emma Linney, Hailing from Shrewsbury, Emma embarks on her pledge to community art as she makes her debut EP. Resembling Janis Joplin and full of jazz, her voice is unique.
