RumRiddimzRun 003 w/ Selecta J-Man & RoOt Sound System on Friday 23rd November 2018
Rum Riddimz Run present our third and BIGGEST party of the year! We're bringing carnival-style parties back to Liverpool once again - expect good vibes, good people and good music played through authentic reggae soundsystems (and rum cocktails!).
We're buzzin' to welcome SELECTA J-MAN to Liverpool for the first time in a long time! He will be playing an exclusive 2 hour set which will take us on a journey from dancehall to jungle. With recent releases coming on Born On Road and having smashed up Outlook and Boomtown Festivals this Summer, we're excited to see what he has in store... Our guess is dubplates. Lots of dubplates.
Back in 2014, Nuusic brought RoOt Soundsystem to Manchester for their first ever event and rocked the venue. After linking back up for U Know Festival this Summer on the reggae stage, we thought it was only right to bring them to Liverpool for their debut so they can cause some structural damage to Meraki and rattle your ribcages. On the night you will hear REGGAE, DANCEHALL, BASHMENT and JUNGLE/DnB, all transmitted at frequencies that can be measured on the Richter scale!
As those of you who have attended our previous events are aware, there is an extremely limited ticket allocation as the party will be in an intimate 300 capacity venue. Make sure you rally your chosen troops ASAP and grab yourselves tickets before they disappear, once they're gone, they're gone!
Our selectas and MCs will keep you steppin', winin' and skankin' all night long, they are;
