Were happy to announce we have a new venue to test out, a lovely well established little gaff
called the Lock & Quay pub situated on a nice little bit of canal....Dog friendly, nicest pint around on draught, and a community hub too, lovely stuff. I'm very excited about this one........
2 minutes walk from oriel road train station.

The Reggae Shack - playing bass filled chilled summer party vibes , reggae, dub, hip-hop, instrumental beats, ghetto funk
Dub Defenders are a DJ duo from Merseyside who play a whole spectrum of bass music covering reggae, dub, jungle, steppas and everything in between. They have opened up for many artists including Dawn Penn, Dub Pistols, Dreadzone, Gentleman’s Dub Club, Dennis Bovell, Congo Natty,, Jeramiah Ferrari and The Prodigy and also performed at numerous festivals including Beat Herder, One Love, Africa Oye, Positive Vibration and International Dub Gathering. Their mixes have been played on many radio stations including Rinse France, Rough Tempo, Mode London, Capital Xtra and BBC Asian Network
Urban wolf - dubs chill and party bangers
Hylevel - when he's not allowed to blend your ears with jungle and drum and bass, he digs into his crate and takes you on a journey through sound and time, expect hip hop beats, with backing vocalists, funk, soul, and summer stinkers
Harry The Spyda - Absolute don of the dnb and techno scene round Leeds and Bradford ways he's coming over with our soundystem spyda sounds to show us his dub and reggae collection
Ring The Alarm - My favourite dub and reggae family. Consisting of two brothers from outta Haslingden and their extended family, too many names too mention... RTA crew will be bringing you the finest homegrown digidub releases, they really do know how to rock the dance.
Sammy Rednex & Rankin' Miss P- Father and daughter duo from Costa Del Colne. Of Riddim Raider Soundsytem launched in 2016 with macka b sticky joe and ring the alarm played with soom t parley b cheshire cat horseman tom spirals earl gateshead origin one hosted the riddim yard colne outlook lanch party with the dub smugglers and rta bedrock festival and many gigs with the ring the alarm family ranking miss p riddim raiders sound system started out as little miss p at 9 year old in blackburn has played iwth ring the alarm many times also the colne rum and reggae ,tha manchester reggae society the riddim yard bedrock festival now she is ranking miss p 13 years old the next generation to rule the nation and brin the vibes.
The Caravan Stage - busking/open mic stage for anybody to jam on. Anything goes
SCRAN -Yes, scran, yano tha, ya not gonna go hungry on the day, the food in the venue is dead nice and cheap, under a fiver for burger and chips
