Nicola Hardman Forever (and ever) SINGLE RELEASE on Friday 16th November 2018
After releasing her debut double single in 2017 comprising of the strong political song 'Just Human' and her some what kooky and theatrical waltz 'Little Fish' Nicola Hardman is back with her NEW SINGLE 'Forever (and ever)'
This is one of Hardman's more personal 'up close' songs sporting a happy and energetic vibe. Hardman has sculpted her initial overall style since her jump in to the Liverpool music scene back in December 2015 with her piano rock album 'Full Beans.' Since then she has played solo for the last two years as a piano and vocalist but as she has developed her style, Hardman now returns to the stage with an eclectic ensemble of musicians in their own right!
Gabriel Bulgarelli - Drums/Percussion
Alex Abbuehl - Cello
Liz Owen - Guitar/Backing Vocals
Jen Coyle - Backing Vocals
With reviews from her live performances at music festivals such as 'Threshold' - 'her assured voice recalling Regina Spektor or Amanda Palmer at times' by Get Into This
From Bus Magazine when reviewing her album - 'There's something about Nic that draws you in, captivating you, leaving you wanting to hear more'
And from Liverpool Acoustic (from her last release) - 'Hardman seems to break some new and unexpected ground - if that is even possible for an artist this versatile!'
Nicola Hardman hopes to continue to do just that, taking her listeners deeper in to the music experience still.
Joining her in support on the night will be:
Alex Abbuehl (with his band) - Originally from Cremona (North Italy) Alex's band is lead by the sound of the piano. The band have an alternative ambient vibe, with all of the instruments carefully complimenting each other, carried by Abbuehl's quite raw and beautifully emotive voice. Influences including: Amy Winehouse, Pino Daniele, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Gianna Nannini
Sara Wolff (with her band) - Sara Wolff describes her sound as 'Story-telling pop music with a little bit of jazz!' She writes story-like songs with an intimate presence and a some what ironic undertone. With her band she delivers an extra special, unique music experience that will move you in ways you weren't aware you could be moved.
