Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
Venue awful. Seats uncomfortable, narrow and cable ties together. Security seemingly didn't care about noisy talking people all around whilst gig was happening. Prices of beer in the venue outrageous, even for venue standards. Will never return.

Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
Seen the band at the Phil 3 times and that's a far better venue. Bars, in the auditorium, left open during the show so far too much distraction noise tonight. Band were top notch as ever - just lacked due respect from some of the audience.

Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
Excellent evening of 2 parts. The first was Phil Collins era from A Trick Of The Tail to And Then There Were Three and the second part was Peter Gabriel era. Nice to see Supper's Ready in its entirety as an encore!

a great time spent just maybe next time if they play the same venue the bar should be closed during the performance as there was a lot of noise which was annoying for us and the artists

Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
The band sounded like they hadn’t got out of bed yet. Sound was appalling... and I tried upstairs and down. Vocals too often drowned out by rest of band. Better on the quieter tracks. Generally the finesse was missing. Left at the interval.

Seen this band before, musically note perfect. they announced another tour in 2021, unfortunately they're not playing in Liverpool. disappointing but they can't play everywhere.

Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
Venue kept the bar open on both sides during the performance. Not a theatre and this was reflected by the constant stream of audience members, to the toilets and the bar. The talking from the audience ruined the atmosphere during the quieter songs. The group were fantastic! Professional, great music and despite their obvious bemusement at the surroundings, they still managed to put together a superb performance. They deserve a better venue.

Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
The Musical Box were amazing. Faithful recreation of classical Genesis, importantly covering the period when Peter Gabriel was still with the band and the albums before Steve Hackett left (A trick of the Tail for example). Really, absolutely outstanding! Unfortunately the venue was a let down, far too cold - unforgivable in this day and age. Price for The Musical Box completely justified, but not the venue itself.

Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
band were as amazing as always, the venue however wasn't as great - the view was obscured from many circle angles, and the sound quality not the best. Plus, no heating.

Review of The Musical Box...A Genesis extravaganza - Part II
Brilliant venue spoiled by 2 things
a) toilet facilities very limited for number of people present resulting in long queues and very long wait. Was unable to return to my seat until part 2 had already started
b) bars in wings of auditorium remained open during the gig. This attracted some undesirables who hung around shouting drunkenly to eachother to be heard above the music. Even security guys had trouble controlling the culprits
Would think twice about going back to that venue
