Dimitri From Paris
After his outstanding set at our last sold-out event, we welcome back Dimitri From Paris to Stardust on March 2nd! Considered house music royalty and part of the French House movement who along with acts such as Daft Punk and Justice has incorporated the disco hits of the seventies and eighties into modern-day dance classics, Dimitri is loved and respected from fans and DJs alike. He's a living legend of the house scene and having sold out clubs and venues all over the world, including shows famous shows in the Playboy Mansion, Glitterbox and London. With iconic remixes from Chic, Michael Jackson, Sister Sledge, Prince and more, Dimitri's live sets are always unmissable and you don't want to miss his return to Stardust!
With decades of experience, the fantastic Mousse T. has amassed a plethora of hits throughout his career. From producing 90s pop classics to creating unforgettable remixes, he's earned himself Grammy nominations as “best remixer” and later on, the prestigious Ivor Novello award. When he’s not producing, Mousse T. can be found all around the globe, spinning records in the hottest and most well-known House clubs. Besides his own latest productions, his sets feature the latest Club hits, classics and several “secret weapons” to make the crowds go crazy!
Noel Gallagher is a fan. Nile Rodgers is a fan. Disclosure, Jazzy Jeff, Eats Everything are all fans. From house music royalty Joey Negro, Dimitri from Paris and Mousse T, to the original DJ/remix pioneers François K, Greg Wilson, Danny Krivit, all the way to Karizma, Mistajam, DJ Marky, Horse Meat Disco, J.Rocc, Jazzie B, Cut Killer, Rainer Truby, Acid Arab, Nightmares on Wax... Lenny Fontana's music career kicked off in 1992 following the release of Butch Quick’s ‘Higher’ on Strictly Rhythm, setting the template for an extensive discography that spans multiple decades and releases on influential imprints such as Defected, Ministry of Sound, Strictly Rhythm and his own label Karmic Power Records. His career-defining hits ‘What You Need’ and ‘Chocolate Sensation’ crossed over into the pop charts, with the former reaching the UK Top 10 and receiving a performance on Top Of The Pops. Since gaining global recognition for these releases, Fontana has continued to record and produce successfully, touring the world and playing nightclubs and festival stages worldwide.
Producer, DJ, promoter and music obsessive, Phil Rose AKA Jaegerossa has become a beacon of Funk, Disco and House in the North of England and beyond. At home DJing funk, soul, disco and house, Phil is also the resident UK tour DJ for legendary Ibiza brand We Love, and has played at the Liverpool Disco Festival, Southport Weekender, for Dance Anthems, Kiss Da Funk, Circo Loco and more. Incredibly passionate and with a natural ear for what works on the dancefloor and turntable, Phil Rose continues to be one of the most well-respected DJs, producers and promoters in the Disco and House scene.
