I paid for 4 people myself included online and it anything about needing photo I'd. we turned up and I was the only one with photo I'd. The other 3 people you could easily tell they were over 40 years old but none of them could get in and even my friend who paid for himself couldn't get in for apparently being too drunk .In the end I've paid 23 pound for tickets and didn't even get in the venue so its totally unacceptable. Is it the people on the door to blame or whoever runs the event . I'd like my money back seeing my tickets haven't been scanned
