EAT ME + Preach! The Mother’s Day Edition - ANNOUNCEMENT
It is with very heavy hearts and bosoms that we are announcing the CANCELLATION of this Friday’s event at District.
We cannot responsibly go ahead with the event now that more news has surfaced about the coronavirus, as the safety of our community is paramount.
We will refund anyone who has already bought tickets or, if you’d rather, transfer your purchase to the next available event - just send us an email at eatmeandpreach@gmail.com with your preference.
Check out our calendar attached to see when the dates are.
Thank you all for all your support and offers of help while we were still planning to go ahead.
During these wurst of times, we all need to look out for each other - so many of us are left struggling materially, but there are deliciously good eggs in Liverpool and beyond setting up help, financial and otherwise, for people who need it, so here is a list of resources for anyone who needs them.
Pass them faster than the virus and we can get thru this together.
The fantastic artists and DJs that were planned to cum out n play with us all can be found and supported here:
@antonss123 - bollyillusion
@therealbanksie BANKSIE
@womenwhowankshow - Fig Leaves
@xtianasare of @houseofnoirmcr - Xtian Noir
@ladyhdsucks - Lady HD
@mskevinlegrand
@mix_stress
@marilynmisandry
Lots of drag and performance artists are live streaming work for tips or Patreon at the moment - entertaining the self-isolated and keeping themselves afloat in the poop-pond. So if you can, here's another way to support those whose industry is going to be hit quite hard.
Hopefully we'll see youse all very soon once Ms Quarantina Valentina Evangelista is as cancelled as we are.
Love
