• This event involves walking through uneven terrain in low-light conditions. Please wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing
• Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, or other medical issues sensitive to sudden scares or loud noises
• Due to the natural terrain and uneven pathways, this event may not be accessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
• By purchasing this ticket, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and release Gelder Ltd from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the event
• Flashlights are permitted, but please keep them directed at the ground to avoid disrupting the atmosphere
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organiser due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
• By attending the event, you consent to photographs and filming that may take place. St Barnabas Hospice and Gelder Group reserve the right to use images and videos recorded at the event in future marketing materials, including social media, websites, and print, without obtaining further approval or offering payment.
